Meeting Women Online

Many acquaintances are made online these days. It's often so much easier to search for the woman of your dreams in a suitable community and then write to her. Those introductions are frequently crowned with success, too, and a liking develops bit by bit. But where should a guy start when looking for the big love of his life? Or just a simple flirt?

Meeting Women Online - Various Options
Anyone setting out to find a woman can either visit various bars and clubs and patiently wait for the right one. But that can sometimes be rather cumbersome. Especially for men who don't like to make the first move and are, at heart, rather shy. For them, the option of meeting someone online is much more appealing. There are many communities where all kinds of men find what they're looking for. It doesn't even have to be a specific dating platform like Parship or ElitePartner (both popular in Germany). The right dream woman can also be hiding on the standards like Facebook, Instagram or Tinder. Now all that's left is to find her. And, of course, to muster the courage to contact her.
Meeting Women Online - Taking the Initiative
Most women like it when the man makes the first move. It shows clear interest and the necessary dose of self-confidence. Many men find this easier online than in real life, where shyness and doubt often prevail. The possibility of a potential rejection is often easier to take online than in person. After all, you haven't built up a personal connection in the form of eye contact, closeness or other feelings that way. At most you might have developed a bit of a crush on a picture. But this kind of emotion usually stays relatively limited.
First Impressions Count!
Anyone who wants to score points with a woman, even in chat, should think from the outset about what to write. The first impression is usually decisive and determines the further course of a potential acquaintance. Lines like "Hi, how's it going?" or "Yo, wanna meet up?" come across as rather counterproductive and give the impression of an uncreative lowbrow. Much better would be several sentences, correct spelling and perhaps a compliment. But please nothing below the belt like "Nice rack" or similar. A good example would be: "Hello, I just saw your profile, which fascinated me quite a bit. You seem like a very likable and also pretty person. Maybe you'd be interested in chatting with me a little. I'd love to get to know you better!"
It also doesn't have to be laid on TOO thick and read like a job application. But a little more than just three words generally goes over very well!
